register and enter Poplar Place Farm Horse Trials.
| ONLINE entries are offered at no cost to the competitor |

| All ONLINE entries will be ACCEPTED pending receipt
of entry fees and Coggins. Your ONLINE entry and stabling request
information will be automatically downloaded and stored in our database. |
|
| A copy of the horse's Coggins must be received before arriving
on grounds. The horse will not be allowed to stay on grounds without a current Coggins. |
|
| The completed signature page
and Coggins are required by mail or facsimile. The fax number is 706-582-3880. |
|
| Mail entry fees and a separate check for $25 stall
deposit to Poplar Place Farm, 8191 U.S. Hwy 27, Hamilton, GA 31811-5637. |
|
| PLEASE help us speed up your check in by sending a copy of the horse's Coggins, the completed signature page, entry fees and stall deposit checks PRIOR to the event. |
